Introduction
I know everyone has weight loss advice to offer, and more often than not, it seems to come from people who don’t have a weight problem at all. This blog isn’t like that at all.
I’ve struggled with my weight most of my life, and I thought others might be interested in learning what I’m doing, what I’ve tried, and how it’s working for me. Please, leave your own comments and stories to share with others. I believe that losing weight doesn’t come from a crash diet or temporary exercise routine. I believe that it takes small changes that are doable for the rest of our lives.
And that’s what I’m going to try to do here. Won’t you join me?
