There are alot of different tips and tricks to eat less. Eating peanuts, for one, will help to lower your calorie intake, because of the fat and protein content. Drinking water, 6-8 glasses a day, will also lower your calorie intake and help stop the hunger pangs. 

I see when it comes to fitness, alot of these blogs are more geared towards losing weight, or bodyfat. I&#039;m going to make a post that should give you useful tips on keeping hunger at bay!</description>
