Update on Blog Carnival
We just got back in town late last night; a friend of ours passed away.
Right now, I’m going to get some much needed sleep. I’ll be working on the posts for the blog carnival tomorrow. This has been pretty successful, so I think I’ll start doing a monthly carnival.

I was reading some of your post and I can see your heart is really into what you write about. I had a weight problem until I was about 18 years old. If I did not commit to eating healthy 99.9% of the times I would still be fighting my weight.
I must disagree with you about weighing yourself everyday. I use to weigh myself everyday and I would let the number on the scale dictate how I was going to feel for the rest of the day. But maybe that’s just me.
