I personally try to eat as much fruit as I can in the morning, and then exercise at night, mainly cardio. Instead of eating BIG meals two or three times a day, I just snack on healthy stuff like, raw nuts/seeds, apples, baby carrots, etc.

I&#039;ve been doing this for about four months, and I have already lost about 30lbs (give or take). No supplements or diet pills, just straight-up hard work. It&#039;s the best way!</description>
