		<description>Seriously, why do people not realize that it&#039;s calories that matter, not the type of calorie?  Also, if you don&#039;t consume X amount of fat in your daily diet,  your brain simply wouldn&#039;t be able to function, your hair would fall out, your skin would degenerate...In other words, you don&#039;t want to cut it out of your diet.
