Addition to sidebar

I’ve added a “weigh in” section to the sidebar.

I’ve avoided tracking my weight here in the past because, well, it’s a private thing. But I got to thinking, if I’m writing about losing weight, it only makes sense to track my weight too. No, I’m not ready to list my actual weight. That’s too much to ask!

The weight loss you see is counting from June 1. I’ll update it every week or so as it changes.

    I don’t blame you for not publishing your weight for the world to see. Some of us can’t even be honest to ourselves about our weight. It’s brave enough to list the weight lost.

    Congratulations on the 15 pounds so far. We are about at the same level. I’ve been dieting and exercising like crazy but seem to fall off the wagon every weekend. It’s getting a little better with each attempt.

    Congrats on your weight loss. I hope all is going well for you.
    There is no real quick fix for weight loss that is natural and easy on the body. Only a healthy diet and regular exercise seems to be what consistently works for the majority of people. Consider though adding fruits with large amounts of antioxidants. Like the Acai and Goji Berries. Mangosteen fruit also has incredible antioxidant properties.
    Such fruits will aid your body in healing after exercise and with proper digestion.

    When we track our weight regularly and you see that your efforts are paying back, it actually motivates you to try even harder for it. Few extra things like a good weight loss pill,might help you that but you need to ensure that you make your best efforts.
