Baby steps to weight loss

i’m not a doctor, nurse, nutritionist or in any other way involved in the health field. All the usual caveats apply; that is, check with your doctor before trying to lose weight or start an exercise program.

I think others might be interested in the notes and musings of someone who’s been there, and who’s still working through losing weight. I know what it’s like to struggle to lose even a few pounds. I understand how hard it is to start an exercise program and stick with it. When it comes to struggling with weight, I get it.

This blog is my attempt to help others by talking abut what I’m doing, how well it works for me, and what hasn’t worked. I’d appreciate your comments and feedback. Let’s get through this together, shall we?
