		<description>I agree with a lot of the content but do feel if you workout and eat the bad things in moderation then you should be ok. I work for mcds and u get a free meal everyday. Yes there are some lets say big boned people in the company but a lot of them people don&#039;t do any exercise what so ever. 
I lost a stone off eating 6 nuggets every lunch time with normal eating outside of work. I went the gym too and lost 12 pounds</description>
