I’m back.I’ve decided to start blogging here again. I’ve had some health issues, surgery, and lots of other things going on. I’ll get into some of that later, as I feel better about talking about it publicly. To make a long story short, I’ll be blogging here again, and I hope you’ll come by and visit. I look forward to sharing with you again!

  2. I hope you are doing better after your surgery. I’d love to read some updated posts. This one is May 3rd that you wrote. Hope to read some new updates soon!

  3. I like the new blog design and I hope you are doing well. As for the do follow status of this blog, do follow blogs are nice because they encourage comments, but it would probably be a good idea to moderate them somehow…Askimet maybe.

  4. I looked but couldn’t see if you’ve blogged about HCG before? I’ve been using it with moderate success and it would be good if you would start a thread on it. It’s had a lot of bad press but I think there’s something to it.

  5. you are great blogger If pain gets in your way of your healing, your doctor can prescribe a narcotic to help you manage your pain or perhaps recommend an over-the-counter pain relief medication such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

  6. Weight loss is a ongoing battle and it never stops if you don’t change your way of life and what you eat everyday for the est of your life. It is a big process but the most important thing is to remember to think what you eat and that way you will success in your goals.

  7. Its a great news that you have started the blogging here again! I was really enjoyed your all posts like the previous one which is about “Extended Hiatus”. welcome back and please keep continue to post the informative articles.

  8. Glad you’re back and better. I’ve really enjoyed your blogs about weight loss. One factor I haven’t seen covered much here is motivation. One motivating factor in weight loss is being able to get an actual idea of what you’d like like should your weight loss plan be successful. If you want an interesting way to see what you’d look like if you do lose weight, check out the iTunes store for the iApp SkinnyMe. You can use your iPhone to take a picture of yourself, then use the app to set a “skinny factor” to realistically alter the picture so it shows just what you’d look like if you lost a certain amount of weight. Seeing an actual picture of yourself thin is definitely motivating! You can read more about the iApp at see myself thin.
